2. Platform Description
iproxii is an AI-powered marketplace that connects customers seeking local services with independent service professionals ("Providers"). The Platform facilitates introductions and communication between customers and Providers but does not itself provide any services listed on the Platform.
3. Provider Credentials & Uploaded Documents
Providers may upload business credentials, licenses, professional certificates, insurance documents, and other supporting files ("Uploaded Documents") to their profiles. While the Platform allows such uploads and may conduct limited reviews, please note the following:
• The Platform does NOT verify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or validity of any Uploaded Documents.
• Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the credentials, qualifications, and legitimacy of any Provider before engaging their services.
• The presence of Uploaded Documents on a Provider's profile does not constitute a recommendation, certification, or endorsement by iproxii.
• iproxii assumes no liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on Uploaded Documents or any Provider's representations.
Providers who upload fraudulent, falsified, or irrelevant documents are in violation of these Terms and may face account suspension or permanent ban.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. iproxii does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iproxii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on Provider profiles, Uploaded Documents, or AI-generated recommendations.
7. Modifications to Terms
iproxii reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
